By registering an account with 55vip or by accessing, browsing or using the 55vip platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies and guidelines published on the 55vip platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 55vip.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the 55vip platform. 55vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
2Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 55vip and to participate in any games, betting markets or promotions offered on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are accessing and using the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes, not as a means of livelihood or financial investment.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity and are registering with your own valid identity and phone number.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended 55vip account. Only one account per person is permitted.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion period on 55vip or any equivalent voluntary exclusion arrangement that you have entered into with the platform.
3Account Registration
To use the full range of services available on 55vip, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a secure password, and any additional information requested for identity and age verification purposes. You warrant that all information provided at registration is accurate, current and complete, and you undertake to keep this information updated at all times.
55vip reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by 55vip may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
- Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held therein, at 55vip's sole discretion.
- Account login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username or password with any third party and you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
- 55vip will send account-related communications to the mobile number or email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are kept up to date.
- 55vip reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, provided that the account holder is notified in advance via their registered contact details.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
55vip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by 55vip's payment processing systems. 55vip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in the name of the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 55vip aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day. 55vip reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
- 55vip does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any deposit that 55vip has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with unlawful conduct may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
- Deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one wagering transaction may, at 55vip's discretion, require a single qualifying wager before a withdrawal is approved in order to verify the payment method.
- 55vip is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of delays in payment processing caused by factors outside 55vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to mobile network outages, banking system maintenance and public holidays in Bangladesh.
- All transactions on the 55vip platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts.
- 55vip does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash or Nagad. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 55vip accepts no responsibility.
5Bonuses and Promotions
55vip offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and tournament-specific promotions tied to BPL and IPL cricket seasons. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other account or individual.
- 55vip reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, bonus terms remain as stated at the time of the offer.
- Where a player is found to have registered multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once, all bonus funds will be forfeited and the accounts closed.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus offer.
- 55vip reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to an ongoing promotion via the contact details registered to their account.
6Betting Rules
All bets placed on the 55vip platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible from within each game's information screen and from the 55vip betting rules documentation available on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for the game or market you are participating in.
55vip shall be the final arbiter in the resolution of any disputes relating to the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet. In the event of a software or system error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes or account balances, 55vip reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected balances to their correct state.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by 55vip's systems cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except in specific circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or market rules.
- In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at 55vip's discretion, including during periods of significant match developments such as wickets, injury breaks or weather delays in cricket matches.
- Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all games and markets on the 55vip platform. Specific limits are displayed within each game's interface. 55vip reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
- Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the settlement of any bets placed on that event will be determined in accordance with the applicable sport-specific betting rules available on the platform.
7Responsible Gaming
55vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at all times from within your account settings and can be activated immediately without contacting customer support.
55vip strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed and any funds held within the account, including pending withdrawals, will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 55vip reserves the right to require age verification documents from any player at any time.
- Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into force.
- Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may apply a time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out period, access to the 55vip platform will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Players who believe their gambling has become a problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which suspends account access for a minimum period of 6 months. 8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55vip platform. 55vip reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balances held in such an account, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
- Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, bot or script to interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human play.
- Exploiting any software error, system vulnerability or mathematical flaw in any game or betting market to obtain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
- Using the 55vip platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
- Threatening, harassing or abusing 55vip staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
9Account Suspension and Termination
55vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe; breach of these Terms and Conditions; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or as required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and free spin winnings are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied prior to closure.
10Intellectual Property
All content published on the 55vip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of 55vip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of any part of the 55vip platform without the prior written consent of 55vip is strictly prohibited.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55vip, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 55vip platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill, even if 55vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
55vip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 55vip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12Privacy and Data Protection
55vip collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on this platform and explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights in relation to your personal data. All data transmitted between your device and the 55vip platform is protected by SSL encryption.
13Amendments to These Terms
55vip reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 55vip will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 55vip platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact 55vip support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified real-money balance.
14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 55vip platform. Any dispute arising between you and 55vip in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be referred in the first instance to 55vip's customer support team for attempted resolution by agreement.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between you and 55vip's customer support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of final resolution, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55vip from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
